Our computerized property management system allows you to receive monthly Income and Expenditure statements, detailed Rent Roll and Tenant Age Analysis. These statements are concise and the format allows you to easily prepare income tax statements and reports.

 

Applicant Screening :

By review a prospective tenant's rental and credit history, current employment and income status through an online ITC check, many tenant related problems are alleviated.

Supervision and Maintenance :

Supervision of janitorial personnel is imperative to the successful maintenance of any property. Our maintenance team provides fast and economical services when attending to painting, electrical and plumbing repairs.
